Weekly Shonen Jump: Jikkyo JanJan Stadium is made by Jikkyo video game franchise developer Konami.
The game features 39 Jump heroes from series new and old. They may look cute as chibi but are deadly when their special skills from the original manga are unleashed.The system resembles Nintendo’s Super Smash Bro. Can platform fighting games work well on mobile? Jump Stadium proves the subgenre can certainly adapt, but still requires a bit more oomph. For this game specifically, the visuals are rather bland and basic, with the characters sharing a similar look to a certain baseball game series, mouthless and all. The animations are unique to each character and definitely show off their unique abilities, but only at the most basic level. None of the characters speak, instead being narrated over by a hyperactive announcer during gameplay and menus and such. The music is similar to the other recent mobile Jump outings, and therefore painfully repetitive. Gameplay uses two-handed touch-based controls and only offers the most basic of combos and attacks, though they can be upgraded. There is no story, and the gacha consists of manga panels to boost characters, while Characters are all unlocked through gameplay. It also features Ranked and Friendly multiplayer. It's basic, but fun to a degree!
