I play the Korean server. Sadly there's no Japanese voice option like the Chinese server. I can't play the Chinese one because it requires identity verification and I always got message that said they can't do verification from overseas ID 
Hopefully someday they will release Japanese and maybe global server. Or at least add Japanese voice option to the Korean server
