error connection for Android

hi guys i don't k ow if anybody has seen this or rectify this but i still can't load the game on my mobile. it keeps showing me "An error occurred during communication" thing. tried with both VPN and without. still cannot work. is there smth wrong ? (FYI I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21+, i had played the game before when it 1st launched on Qooapp but now i wanna replay then game keeps getting error)
