this 2 will make you connect to japan vpn 100% sure
simply refresh see the region Japan ut make sure is around 100.xx.xx.xx till 180.xx.xx.xx
other ignore it
click it and you will get to the connect and disconnect screen and woolaaa enjoy your umamusume to the fullest

i found out if you use a vpn and put it on japan and go to the play store and download the game there it will let you in the game i am not sure if it will work for everyone

For people facing difficulties trying to Login
Using a VPN with Japan server may solve it, but I'm not sure if that works for everyone or if you have a PC download DMM player and install the game from there. If it doesn't load, use a VPN.
Also, there's Google Play Games beta for PC. Download the game via that, too, but you need a VPN because Google Play Beta is not available for all countries.
