i love this game, but WHY

never like this before
i never experienced something like this before, but every time i play like 10 minutes-in during loading screen it become dark and forced close, what the hell happened!? did anyone here experience the same or just me?
Meta not balance at all
PvP need balancing. It's so bad at this point. If enemy have Kaguya or Odile you're just going to lose 9 game out of 10. Eventho my Odile have full energy recharge equip set it doesn't really help in most of the game. It feel pointless to play anymore. And i don't have Kaguya which make it even harder.
Edited: Decided to uninstall. Both gacha and PvP are trash. Instead of "balancing" the meta, dev just decide to throw a new 5* for new counter which F2P can't get easily. Which make it harder to win in PvP.

So Grimlight. After the not so good release, devs decided to make it a beta test instead and improve the release. I don't really have any say about this but on my opinion, it's a good decision for the team to, as i said improve. The game is still playable and if you do decide to play, there is no data wipe
