Having trouble
would you need a vpn to play this game ? when i try and open the game it wont load or start it crashes the second i open the game is anyone having or had the same problem ? or know whats going on ? i uninstalled and reinstalled the game and also reseted my phone and it was still giving me the same problem

Problem
I have trouble opening the game on my phone. It went smoothly until couple minutes ago, when the game suddenly froze, and my phone automatically restarted. Afterwards, I cannot open the game past the first screen with the GungHo logo. Anyone has a similar problem or know what happened?
I am afraid of reinstalling the game, because I dont know if I can recover my account which I have been playing for many years. Help needed, asap!!
