We have to wait for the update y'all.
The Update only came right away for those who have this game through the App Store/Google Play. QooApp is a secondary game downloading system, so they have to work on tranferring the update to their app. I understand that it's frustrating, as I literally am unable to download the update through Google Play as my phone is older and isn't supported through there, but they'll get to it when they can. The update came out around a time where working people would have already clocked out for the day, so I'm certain that they'll start working on the update soon. Play your other gacha games while you wait, and if you don't have any, Twisted Wonderland is pretty good.
