i found a temporary fix to the bug !!
after a few times of me trying and failing, i figured out a way to bypass the bug thats's been happening after the recent update, and yes, it does include having to clear game data and having to redownload every login
refer to the images if you dont want to read, but basically:
1. go to app settings for engstars and clear all data, then reopen the app
2. after the extra resources finish downloading, it'll take you to the terms of use — click DECLINE.
3. when the window goes away, click the checkbox on the bottom instead
4. click on the Menu button and then go to Support
5. exit support right after — you dont have to do anything there. yes, this is essential for some reason. my guess is that it refreshes the login page?
6. then you tap on the screen to enter game. the terms of use window will pop up again, this time, click on accept.
7. an age verification window will appear, click on the second option: “continue the game”
8. now you can login!
this is just a temporary fix, please let me know whether or not it works for you. i do hope they fix the bug soon 😔 i tried deleting the game and reinstalling it but it didn't work, and apparently this is the only way i can get in, huhu
