I'm going to start off by saying if you have a problem connecting try turning off wifi.

Anyway this game is a lot like other Chinese games. It has a VIP section and it plays a lot like other Chinese games.
The gacha rate is horrible. There are two gachas. One has just R and above while the other has all rarities.
First gacha:
SSR 1.3%
SR 10%
R 88.7%
the other gacha:
SSR .5%
SR 6.5%
R 43%
N 50%
The gacha with the higher SSR rate has all of the units in game and after a certain amount of rolls you are guaranteed to get an SR and above.
Saitama is not in the gacha but you get to use him in the story (its basically the anime that you're going through.) Fubuki is in the VIP section and in the gacha.
The gameplay itself is fine. You grind for items in order to strengthen the units (kinda like alchemist code/the gintama mobile game that ended earlier this year.)
I'm going to wait and just hope that the JP version of the game has a better rate and SSR.
Good game, bad gacha rate. The gameplay is fun, animation is awesome, but its still your typical gacha game. The story is basically the anime so you know its good. Sound (bgm) works well with the battle and other stuff, so its pretty good. Has potential, so I can't wait for more.

Edit 2: Having played the game since the release, so far it has been really fun. Yes, the rates are bad but even with a SR unit they can be quite powerful. There are tons of features to explore and its really fun. I'm excited for what's more to come.

Here my thoughts of of the game.
The gameplay is the standard gacha game but with HD graphic, Gacha is not a problem that just a matter of luck, but the problem is the server always full populated like the country itself, its make so difficult to log in. And, last Hometown country account hella rude, if u cant speak their language u will be kick out of guild and remove from their friendlist.
Its hard for minority to play this game eh

A jogabilidade é divertida, as armações são incríveis, mas ainda assim é um típico jogo Gacha. A história é basicamente a mesma do anime, então já dá par saber que é boa! A trilha sonora funciona bem com as batalhas e com o resto então é bem boa também!
Tem potencial! Mal posso esperar por mais!

Editado2: Considerando que eu jogo desde o lançamento, é bem divertido. Sim, o Gacha não é lá essas coisas, mas mesmo uma unidade SR já é bem poderosa. Tem toneladas de funções no jogo a serem exploradas e isso torna o jogo muito divertido! Ansioso pelo que está por vir!
tried the game out the animations are on point love the scenes and skills hope there will be more challenging maps,bosses,raid like how in the anime they went into the spaceship and there more than 1 monster to deal with very enticing tbh and the grind is fine because it's expected nowadays to work hard on something you want whether characters or gear very likely would recommend it to my friends/family who like those games as well and ill be playing the game in the mean time ^^
As a game based on the manga and anime as far as ihave seen it is quite nice and impressive the graphics and everything fullyfie all the requirements (as the best) and honestly its quite good, the pull out rate is low but that makes it interesting and sometimes tiring
The only problem is that you meed to have a vpn and sometimes a cellphone number (i forgot if this was forthe game or for overall) but it is quite great and honestly would recommend it 100000% to people who love one punch man
