You know. I really like this game. Hack n' Slash is one of my favorite genres so it's a no brainer that this delivers that fast pace action just right; not to mention there's so many lovely girls to choose from!!! My favorite is Mei~[色色][色色][色色] The Story itself is decent nothing spectacular but the models and gameplay are quite fascinating. each character feels unique to themselves and have multiple forms which allows you to utilize different styles of gameplay. So where the character roster seems small in actuality it's far larger due to the multiple variations of each individual character. Truly this game deserves praise for being incredibly fun and entertaining. I do personally think the summoning on this game is a bit lacking and while it is possible to summon for a character you mostly want fragments to built the new variation which can be a bit annoying when you don't pull the missing pieces. All in all. Try it out see if this game is for you!

My first review on a game, yet, words cannot describe the joy of Honkai. Actually, they can, for the sake of this review. Honkai Impact 3rd is a joyride. I absolutely love it. STORY : The story? You can see the natural progression of character development, and it can bring tears to your eyes. English translation is well done. Speaking from experience, I've cried more than once reading the story involved with the game that you can see. They also have a manga, which I have not touched yet. GRAPHICS & SOUND : Graphics are beautiful for 3D/CGI, miHoYo have outdone themselves with this. In terms of audio, you'll recognize a few famous Japanese voices. I find the music okay, though. I usually tune it out. GAMEPLAY : If you like real-time and interactive battles, then Honkai's gameplay is definitely for you. Each Valkyrja has her own playstyles, graphics, and roles. For example, Theresa's Celestial Hymn battlesuit is more suited for supporting your team, her ultimate skill draws in enemies and creates enough CC for you to utterly annihilate them with your more DPS-focused Valks, like Seele's Swallowtail Phantasm or Stygian Nymph suits. I will not lie about the grind, as to get your Valks to SSS rank, which is the highest rank you can get them, takes a lot of work. It's usually worth it. Most Valks and their weapons and stigmata are gacha, too, but even so, I believe the game is very F2P. Events are regular and are doable without the use of cash, just be sure to be active! [厲害] Note: The HD assets and Standard assets can take up a lot of space, so please take caution with your phone's storage space when downloading the extra stuff! Other than that, I hope Honkai gives you a nice experience.

well one of the coolest game i have ever played on mobile. everthing is so satisfying. +f2p friendly +tones of things to do. unless u r lvl.80 or so. +events are ok. not perfect. +character s are awesome. +graphic is so detailed and almost perfect. +better than genshin. +people at eu server are silent :D no one communicate with you. only offline help. armada/guild is actually no use. with or without it nothing really changes. +story is not bad but could've been so much better. well it's a mobile game so that's it +gameplay is well polished. mechanic is also very detailed and tactical. everything has a reason in this game. well that's it. i think. this game is the game you never forget.

folks like to dunk on Honkai a lot because Genshin and newer games exist but visually it puts the emphasis on the valkyries and the enemies. As this truly is a beat'em up ladder play experience that is where it should be and they look amazing. also said gameplay as a sort of tactical thinking tekken vs AI ladder play experience is really darn fun if you enjoy putting together your best possible strategy of units and execution. folks dunk on the storyline but the manga fleshes it out, the songs are killer, yes it is melodramatic, but it hits a lot of us in the feels and is remarkably twisty for something that starts with a bunch of punching on an airplane. it just takes a certain level of investment to pull out all the bits and pieces of story. or you can just get really into ladder play best time boss killing. kek. i will say that it is painful on f2p players who arent viciously active and taking advantage of every little opportunity for crystal. pulls are expensive and high level play is an investment. if you want just enjoy yourself you can do any piece of content without spending a dime but you might start to get jealous of the alt costumes and folks with better kits.

This game is one of the best experiences you can have on mobile currently. Even though it's a 4 year old game, you'll be hard pressed to find many releases that can stand up to it. The graphics in this game are amazing, the valkyrie designs are on point and the outfits you can get are simply stunning. Combat is fast paced but it's also ridiculously complicated. You can get by just spamming attacks in most of the story mode content however for the pseudo pvp modes such as memorial arena or abyss that isn't going to cut it, you'll need to understand the stigmata system and how it interacts with your valkyrie and the rest of your team as well as figuring out the synergy between team members. The gacha system for valkyries is fair, 280 crystals per summon with a pity of 100. If you don't summon the valkyrie you want, whatever pity you have left when the banner finishes will be carried over to the next banner and the pity won't disappear if you don't summon on the next banner either. The gacha for gears/stigmata can be a little more annoying. Some banners have a pity of 60, while others don't have a pity at all which can be frustrating. The story of the game is great, don't listen to anyone who tells you otherwise. They either don't pay attention or they just don't like that type of story to begin with. The first 5 chapters of the story mode are world building, introducing us to characters and setting up key locations and organizations however at the 5th chapter the story really picks up and its a wold ride from there on out so literally pay attention to everything to get the best experience from the story. Likewise the musical score is amazing, a lot of people will say it's underwhelming or whatever, but I would suggest you judge that for yourself. Mihoyo has a YouTube channel and you'll be able to find some of their OSTs and such on it. Highly suggest listening to it. My final words are this, so pay heed to them. This is a very grind heavy game. It's a commitment to play but the pay off is worth it in my opinion. Getting that sought after valkyrie and completing her set, or reaching a desired tier in abyss and all of that is highly satisfying. To upgrade your valkyries to S/SS/SSS and augment the ones that can be augmented (augment is like alternate forms with different skills available to some valkyries) will take time and effort so dont join the game thinking you're going to be OP in a week and then feel sad when you don't and quit. Like I said, this game requires commitment.

Asia again has shown that good graphics and smooth gameplay don't require high end devices. It so well optimized that I can play it on a decade old flagship and still it will run smooth and great. No lags. No slowdowns. I wish the servers will be upgraded. Since I have a 75Mbps down and 49Mbps up LTE connection but still the download takes a lot of time. No complains other than this. Great visuals. High quality graphics. Good story. And good looking anime girls😏. All that for free. I mean sure there's Pay2Win but let's ignore it. Who cares about anything other than waifus as this point? I offer my humble subservience to the Gacha Gods may he bless me and look over me and grant me his favor.

Beautiful valkyries with their own looks, costumes, weapons, skills and (most importantly) play styles! Battles against bosses are challenging and skill will always be your main weapon: knowing how to avoid attacks can get you to defeat amazingly powerful enemies (which lightens a lot the load of responsibility over you Gacha pulls). Patience is needed for upgrading your characters, since the amount of resources you get is not really that generous. You still get plenty of coins and chips, but don’t expect to blaze through levels in a single sitting… The game rewards the players for regular playing with the dailies rewards and the enormous amount of events! Skill, patience and regularity will pay off on this free to play gorgeous mobile action RPG.

Pros: - Fun combat and creatively copying other games, mainly dmc movesets on raiden, male mc, etc. Including, dmc3 and dmc4 in APHO 1 and 2 on both the enemy models and animations, and the music and sounds. HI3 has a small indie game quality production vibe to it so I don't find an issue with it, it's kinda cool that they dont take themselves overly seriously like a parody game. - Decent music - Attractive characters Cons: - Nonsensical story; lack of world building, character introductions were missing since the beginning up to chapter 15+, organizations and current civilization explanation got explained hella late, and overdone the power of friendship trope and "plot armor" of characters getting random power up the exact same way over and over again by reusing the "overly dramatic and emotional anime moment" trope way too many times while the main protagonists were losing against somebody - HI3 tend to leave a lot of explanation after the climax of each arc, or 15+ chapters later. So people are only saying that the story is great because they find the characters attractive, not that the terribly written and convoluted storytelling that even they themselves struggle to follow without reading the summary from the wikipedia page or having to go and forced themselves to read the manga to understand a mobile game plot were actually good or above average. Which clearly shows the writer's incompetence. it was especially weird when real places (austrlia, new zealand, etc) or a random american name is mentioned in the story since it sounded really weird and pretentious by the writer. - stigmata farming is a hell of an experience when foundary stigmatas arent even comparable or good enough to do 2.5x most of the time without their gacha signature wep and stigs - One of the worst game when it comes to powercreeping... Not just the units but also their weapon and stigmata set as well since unlike other games, it's character exclusive for both the set and the weapon which made the experience worst. - 200+ pity for stigmata + weapon combined, 100 for a unit without even counting getting duplicates - $600 = 100 pulls in hi3, $600 = 360 pulls in Genshin. Packs are incredibly overpriced, actually scam if you think about how frequent the powercreep is in this game. - when comparing this to Genshin, 1600 is cheaper than 2800 per 10 pull. - 100 pity in HI3 is 28000 crystals, Genshin cost 180 pulls but it also cost 28000, at the same price, but it's realisticaly 14400 if you win the 50/50, or if hi3 50th pull is the half pity but hi3 doesnt have that when you dont have to gacha for artifact sets and the weapon in Genshin since it's not as mandatory as hi3. Genshib doesnt put artifacts sets on the gacha banner to begin with and the best part is that they cant be powercrept unlike HI3 stigmata system wheb it's only usuable on one unit specificially. -Huge issue with the game being p2w which nobody seems to have addressed it at all. I don't understand why this game get so heavily praised after trying it for a year to kill some time, stayed because rng blessed me with f2p luck. Also, about 90% of the entire main story in hi3 is jusy awful, I wished I could skip the slow zoom, forced RP walk that the game forces you to do during flashback or stuff happening outside of the real world for the billion times in the game like it made any sense, unskippable in-game dialogue, and the entire chapter of you walking around in circles on one same map for an entire chapter and hitting the same toy looking enemies, not intimidating to look at at all, for 10+ hours until you manage to get to a new story with a new area and repeat it again. Elysian realm is literally the only good story in the game, it's a shame that they're not alive in the main story.

THIS MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS!! I've been playing this game for 2,5 years so it's not much, but even after these whole 2 years the game is still interesting to me which is rare. I'm Captain Level 87 (1k exp missing from 88) and there's still a lot of things to do if you didn't rush everything. There's many interesting events with diffrent mechanics and play styles, so if you found one of them boring you know that the next one will be unique and you will probably enjoy it. Events aren't too repetitive and if one of them returns it's because players found it very fun. Even at lvl 80+ you are able to farm a lot of crystals, not only from the story. There's Abyss that resets every few days and it's actually hard which forces you to build your characters and save up for character's weapons and stigmatas. Besides the Abyss there's Elysian Realm that gives you up to 600 crystals. In ER you can clear characters trial's that give you 400 crystals for maxing out each one. Many people complain that a 10 pull costs a lot of crystals (2800 crystals to be exact), but in reality it's very easy to get especially if you're new to the game or just simply motivated to get a character or a weapon. The good thing about pulling in honkai is that on banners you're guaranteed to get the limited character after 90/100 pulls (I can't remember which one). Another great aspect of this game is the open-world. If you really like games with an open world you might not be too satisfied since it's not the thing the game revolves around, but still the open world in Post-Honkai Odyssey part 2 is amazing. There's a lot of things to do and interesting bosses you can beat. The only thing that sucks about is that once you max it out you can't do anything in there, because it becomes boring and repetitive. The last thing I wanna add is the music. The themes of certain character's are amazing! The quality is good and you can actually listen to it without it becoming boring. The in-game music is worth mentioning as well. Usually during the cutscenes music starts playing and genuinely it's very good, even if it's a few years old. A good example is the Kiana, Herrscher of Void cutscene where Himeko dies. Overall this game is worth playing. Hoyoverse is very generous and gives away many pulls for free which makes it easy to get a character or a weapon you desire. The gameplay is unique and there's no over-used mechanics. The events are actually interesting and the plot will definitely make you feel emotional. The open-world isn't the best but it's still good considering how many years ago it was made. The music is good quality and you can actually tell that the creators put any effort into a game.

THIS GAME IS MY FAV FAV FAVVV OF ALL TIME . character design and skins are absolutely gorgeous the main power this game holds is the STORY it's flawless. the creators are no kids. they kill a character for plot they show fabulous animations in their game also its so on point not like other games it has a lead and goal. changing Mc was a smart choice also at all it makes you cry, laugh, angry, suprised... if you play anime style games it's impossible for you to not hear any of this games character/story theme musics! the music they make for each released character is insane. just go listen to Befall, nightglow And for character theme Vill-v one was absolutely "Wow" the animation however doesn't need any complements! you can search it up in YouTube. they put a whole ass anime in game fr!! the last time i saw a game do this in story was for Nikke and onmyoji. But after all don't play. it's addicting as hell once you go in theres no way back..
