For me, the lowest points of the game were the occasional glitches that would fail to register my touches and cause me to miss. For a long time I cared very much about getting full combos and it would cause me distress and sometimes rage quit.
But aside from that, the highs were greater than any of the lows. I played this game anywhere between 3 and 6 days a week, from the initial launch date (before the NA vers release) to the very last day of its service.
I learned of so many good songs from BTS and I am completely knowledgeable on the songs from every album from 2019 and prior. All thanks to this game, and I only became a bigger fan of BTS from there.
I wish it didn't have a weekly league album theme because I didn't feel the need to complete every single theme just to pass the league, but I still managed to stay in the top tier with my card collection levels max'd out. It gave me great satisfaction to complete a max stat level card set and I eventually had at least one theme completed for every album. Thus my scores were as high as my skill level would gain me.
Not an easy game to master... so when you beat hard mode songs with full combo, there was a steep learning curve that you had to consistently practice and build muscle memory for... thus making full combo song achievements an exhilarating and rewarding experience.
I sure do miss this game, with all its highs and all its lows. No other game will ever come close to it. Thanks for reading. ヾ(*´∀ ˋ*)ノ
Can you add J-hope's Just Dance in Love Yourself: Answer album? Please. I was curious as to why Just Dance isn't there but Seesaw and Love are in there
1 star for unbeatable BTS' MUSIC
2 star for awesome GRAPHICS
3 star for beautiful member CARDS
4 star for precious REWARDS
5 star for incredible GAMEPLAY
and if there were more I'll rate all stars coz I'M AN ARMY💜✊
I'd have given the previous graphics a "bravo" but this new layout is killing me. I understand theme update but which person in your graphics team had the bright idea to change the layout? 😑 It looks so silly now, like some kid's racing game. The previous one was so sophisticated.
Also please add AgustD & Mono already, Suga might release his next mixtape this year so please update asap!
You can still get good cards without paying real money, just have to keep playing to upgrade your cards. You get to enjoy BTS music while playing. I suggest going for easy mode and move up, or go to normal mode straight before you attempt hard mode. Be sure to log in from time to time as they always have some event that gives you free items!
of course, i love the game, well, LOVED. The thing is, everytime i try to log back on to the game, it kicks me back out and i havent been able to play for a week. i deleted it and re-installed it but it still kicked me out. help???
[EDIT] I have made some changes to my review, that is mostly because of the new update that came after "Map of the soul" was released.. the colour scheme is really just boring, and bland. the new fonts and the overall concept has turned bad. the gameplay is essentially the same, It isn't buggy or bad as it runs very smoothly. it's still a nice game that's worth playing, but it kind of turned out to be a little less enjoyable with these new updates.
compared to other Superstar Games this one is the least worth it and you get very little for your money. the reward system itself is not that great either so if you're a free player u won't be able to get good cards at all. however the design and gameplay is much much better compared to the superstar games, it's much much more appealing
