I really enjoy this game and it is quite addictive. I didn't give a score for the story though as my Japanese is next to nonexistent. Also, I don't feel right giving a score for something I don't understand beyond the context of team of riders vs random villains trying to destroy your city which you build.
But aside from my shortcomings in learning the Japanese language, it is really fun and addictive. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a city to defend.

The game is very cool and all, they are making new updates almost every day, but, theu should really make english language in settings, the number of non japanese players is increasing and the absence of english language may cause them to stop playing
Im just loving this game so much that i cant stop plaing it. everyday im always playing this game and trying everything thats on the game but i really think the game would be better if their was english subtitles like i love the game how it is but it would be better to have english subtitles for all the english people
Particularmente estou há muito tempo sem ter contato com Kamen Rider. A série antiga foi parte da minha infância e ficou na memória mesmo até recentemente.
Kamen Rider: War City traz personagens de toda a linha do tempo da franquia, e é muito divertido revisitar o que estava guardado nas profundas gavetas da memória, tanto quanto descobrir novas versões e novos designs.
O jogo é um misto de administrador de cidade e colecionador de personagens. Cada Rider pode ser equipado com cartas de habilidades, o que abre uma vasta gama de possibilidades de personalização de jogo. Cada carta tem um elemento (P, T ou S, para Power, Technique, Soul - ou Poder, Técnica e Alma) e seu Rider assume o elemento com maior presença dentre as cartas equipadas, fazendo com que o mesmo personagem tome papéis diferentes durante o jogo, já que cada elemento tem vantagem sobre outro e desvantagem em relação ao terceiro (P > T > S > P).
Sem falar que as cartas aumentam os atributos do seu rider. Essa mecânica pode se tornar um pouco complexa se você escolher ir a fundo e estudar cada detalhe e cada minúcia, mas se você não quiser jogar esse jogo ao máximo, dá pra relevar a maioria e só curtir colecionar personagens!
Além de riders, você também adquire edifícios para colocar na sua cidade, para gerar recursos, atrair novos Riders, etc.
O jogo está em Japonês, mas dá pra se divertir bastante (pelo menos por um tempo…). Ah! E a trilha sonora é irada!!!

Pros:
+Gameplay is pretty fun, especially for those who got bored with turn-based game.
+Graphics are pretty good but not that great.
+Free Hero Stones(gems) every event
Cons:
-Stupid AI.
-Heavy. Laggy when battling in the City, especially when BC-ing.
-Needs more sound effect.
