love this game, the music and graphic is awesome. its a shame i cant understand half the story. game was working fine for about two weeks and since last weeks update ive been having trouble to play any stages in game, the stage ends with times up as soon as i finished with the loading screen, and boots me back to the game home page with my ap deducted. tried several ways to hope for a fix, reinstalled and tried on a diff phone, samething, i hope this has nothing to do with the internal clock. please fix this and i will continue to support the game.

Love it. It's just a simple game with simple mechanics, and apart from the story, it looks really low-quality, but honestly idfc. The story is great, the gameplay is bearable and that's all that matters to me. One of the biggest reasons for me to play this game despite its goofiness is because it's PORTRAIT MODE. I CAN PLAY ON MY PHONE WITHOUT BEING SUSPICIOUS WOOOOOOHOOOO ヾ(✿゚▽゚)ノ Not only that, but the waiting time for loading and connecting is really low and although it only sounds like a small issue, to me it's a really big deal because if you have to wait 2 min at the loading screen before you can play your game (which is the case for like every other gacha game), it's really hard to stay motivated to play the game. SINoALICE is just genuinely more accessible and that's why I keep coming back to it. The story is phenomenal, I mean it's gotta be when the LITERAL CREATOR is built into the plot. Although I must say that because I'm not good at Japanese I might have misunderstood and/or not understood some stuff, the majority of the playerbase I've seen seems to agree with me. The (skippable) story is bite-sized-ly scattered across the main stages, not too much to bother you, just enough to keep you going, though it seems pretty abstract at first glance. The main gameplay is weirdly basic and boring and all, but I seem to have fallen in love with the minigame for stamina farming. Idk, I think it's just a me thing, but just know that in this game there's no way your stamina is gonna run out. Now, I really love the character sprites' artstyle and it also really fits with the atmosphere. But the chibi art is where it starts to get goofy. I mean, just look at it. ...and I assure you, you don't wanna see the animations. The UI and the navigation through, idk, inventory and stuff are also kinda scuffed. The worst part is probably the gameplay, as I have mentioned above, and here's why. You don't have to do a damn thing to win a round. The NPCs around you just do the job. And if you want to do at least one attack to get the third star in the level, you either get blocked because an NPC is already planning to kill the enemy or you just one-hit them. This should already be enough to see that the gameplay is not worth playing. But it's good enough for me. Oh, and the gacha is confusing af. ...yeah, that's all there is to it. It's a visual novel in disguise plus some very accessible but boring gameplay and I love it.

I think the game is great, and in comparison to global, much better. Rate ups on banners are not chopped off, you get a fair good amount of SS Weapons and characters, the prices of the store could have been a bit cheaper, but, hey, its better than global again. Great music ngl i love it. But too repetive story, and dull gameplay. Still enjoyable!

First of all, I like the game itself. It maybe classic card game on the outside, but it was already entertaining for me. There's also a mini-game to make up for it. The stories are also good, the characters are interesting. Oh, they give voices to each dialogues, which makes the story more catchy. Although the game is in pure Japanese (dialogues), the voice give justice to it. Gacha in itself is fine and interesting, especially when the two's gimmick are in place(kicking the doll on the left side for flipping the rarity). I only play this for about 6 hours before I comment, and I still planning to continue it ^_^. The sounds, bgm, etc are also good. The fanservices are good to me. I think there are less big breasts than the normal and flat ones. It keeps me from being disgusted. My problem is the long loading time, that's all for now.

Graphics: Character job image aside, almost everything else are just so so. Sound: Half of colosseum's bgm are nice, other half were bad. Story side; with a few rare exceptions, most of them bad. Gameplay: Time hoarder, colosseum 20 minutes at certain time of the day. Grind most of time. Metal event, an EX2 (most efficiency stage) usual grant 420 medals/run Assume one get 4 SS multiplier + S free multiplier 420*(1+0.5*4+0.1*4) = 1428 medals/70s Average event required 600k~800k to get most goodies so 8~11h per event/14 days (without x2 pot) In worst case with only S multiplier: 17h at grind! There's also skip fuction, though only 1 per stage/day for norm user; premium p2w pass 1k~5.5k jpy/month get us 15 skips/stage/day; this function should be free, right? RIGHT? So if you don't have time for these BS then this game isn't for you. Value: f2p friendly, monthly income about 4k~5k gems with every event grind & colosseum milestone done 2jpy = 1 gem, an x10 pull cost 300 gems pity varies per banner. Then again, it's greedy SE we talking about... Story: Kinda dark, all form of tragedies. Fantasy at core but getting illogical at broader sense. Puns everywhere which make it hard for non-native to understand. Its only attractive content probably is pvp colosseum, which then force us into social connection ig? I appreciated that.

This game has been out for years and 2 of 8 classes still don't provide meaningful feedback when you use weapons. I've spent countless hours making overly complicated spreadsheets examining the inner workings of this game. I am very confident that I understand the game's RPG mechanics better than the developers. Every aspect of design is geared to generate FOMO, peer pressure and sales. The math that backs all the game mechanics is infantile. I'm not convinced pokelabo could make a fun and competent RPG if they tried. Most decisions that make things "more fun" are purely PR to keep the players from thinking the developer is too greedy or lazy. I've rarely seen any changes made to the game that seemed rooted in a genuine desire to make the game more fun. if you're a masochist and love making complicated math-filled spreadsheets it can be a lot of fun to examine just how bad it is lol. great music, of course. MONACA = GODS

SINoALICE is a beautiful game, published by Square Enix and produced by the same producer of NieR:Automata, based on the fairy tales characters: Alice, Cinderella, Snow White… All of them are characters in this game, in the best NieR:Automata style (elaborate and slightly unnecessarily sexy clothing, huge weapons covered in detailings…). The soundtrack is also something to be noted! Each character (and I’m not gonna call them princesses… :P) have different skills and roles. You don’t get them via Gacha (which is quite refreshing, considering the mobile games environment) and, even though it’s a hero-collection RPG, you don’t assemble your own team (also refreshing). In SINoALICE you acquire weapons and gear through the Gacha system. Once you choose and equip your character, you go out on missions in a 5-character team, where 4 are characters from other players, being controlled by the CPU. The game is already available in the Japanese app stores, and should be available globally still this year! The company that is (was?) globalizing the game, Nexon, have had a few bumps and had to go through a heavy re-structuring process, resulting in delays and potentially cancelation of the Global version. Hope it all goes as planned. However, the global version is already up for pre-register and if you can’t wait, get used to the game in the Japanese version, there’s no reason not to!
