Now that its gone, I think I can finally leave a review. Jojo Diamond Records is one of the best gacha games I've ever played, and probably ever will play. The combat (especially in action battle) was very fun, and the tactical battle stuff wasnt half bad either. Events were frequent, and I never felt like the game was unfair to me. The rates on the gacha were decent, but every event offered you a good number of spins, and I never once felt pressured to spend.The graphics were great for a mobile game, looking similar to a late ps2 game. Sound was good too, I in particular really enjoyed the event music that would play on most events. Even a year later, I still never could understand what the guy was rapping about in the song.
I'll miss you DR, you were fun, exciting, and just a great time. I have my doubts we'll ever get another Jojo mobile game as good as you. Rest in peace, I'll never forget the many heart pounding moments we shared, and I'm glad I was able to have so much fun.

For the ones angry at the update, the old style gameplay is still there, below the missions, you'll see switch looking thing, click it and you'll be back to the old gameplay.
This game used to be amazing until they added this shitty "tactical battle" compared to the old arena mode the game will never be able to recover from home badly they messed it up unless the bring back the mode
Having the freedom to move you characters to fight and dodge and use your specials made this game fun but now all you do is stare at the screen and tap on a button taking all the fun out
They completely ruined this game which is a sad thing to see since I truly enjoyed this game and wish for them to bring it back to it's old state but sadly that will never happen
Edit:Now it has been some time and yes I still miss the old mode but I have grown to like tactical battle and even enjoy it even more than old mode cause of the struggle and stress of having to actually think about my moves instead of mindlessly tapping I take back just about everything I ever said about tactical battle I just wasn't ready for a big change
Update:the first time I played was like a year ago it was beat'em up game and you can move around wtf why they change this to a fucking turn-based game smdh devs downgraded gameplay for what???PTFO!!
This Being the 2/3 JoJo mobile games I would say its really decent. Firstly I like to point out how they went from regular Diamond Records to Diamond Records Reversal. Reversal is their main focus which is why new units are only in Reversal mode. The graphics are pretty solid and sometimes can look impressive. The character's are also impressive since there are so much of them and I am appreciative they gave our lord and savior, Shigechi, a six star of his own.The gacha here is decent though some banners have awful rates others have very F2P rates. The game is very generous with the currency even making it so that you can also summon using tickets. Tickets you can get from events and missions and deposting town coins. The gameplay went from a beat em up to a turnbased which I'm not really mad about but I really liked old mode before. some events usually still has old mode and you'll know it when the tab is labled red instead of gray. definitely my top pick for JoJo games.
