Love the characters and gameplay. It's not often to see otome game that are not visual novel genre, and I do get bored of VN types.
This is my 2nd month playing the game.. i think? but events are varies and keeps me entertained so far.
Best of all, comparing with other otome games, this one doesn't milk consumers wallet too much. We can still enjoy the game without spending any real money with our own pace.
My only wish is that they could make an English version of the game but still keep the Japanese Voice.
A game i played because of my fav history anime from TK:Hanamaru. Gotta review so here we GOooo!
The anime got me hype to play the game moreover the real reason was Ah~ Shoku-sanmy beloved!
Graphics, not like a new fashioned flashy style but the traditional vintage type, like you feel safe at japan place 書院造? Minka? meant to say in Honmaru/home section where you can change your fav character in their unique yukata. Oh they look fine as hell!
The CVs ain't a problem just love to hear their voices makes me squeeze and all. They are top-notch!
Love every characters they voiced! Refreshing!
Gameplay, at first i doubt it. i don't understand Japanese but a little. Damn i use translator for understanding them >< then perfectly fine getting used to it. It's a simple strategy fight and need to be prepared for battle with your troops. Engage my boys! Please i don't like to break a sword. Do take care of them and if they really break.. please repair them. Fan of this will still hold the fun.For those who might think it's boring, this do have the events going. 幸運を!
Received so much resources to go smithing my way on the deck.No need to pay for stuff haha.Forging more? What are you? A fan of katana? Yes. The swords are historical! What a beauty! Personality of the characters also quite the unique of themselves.
For long thought there's a story in this but non. you can watch the anime tho.comedy.loving the swords.
So much more then again overall a 100/10 i love this. Hated using VPN. My sec acc is that i flipped myself extensively to gain my swords stronger again.(lost 1st acc)
Yet, On my way to the English ver. yippy!Go my lovely swords and 喧嘩 their way to victory!! YO TAKEs TIME TO REPAIR MY TACHIdarn!
Touran veteran here, been playing the game ever since it got released back in 2015 on pc.
Its a pretty fun game and I enjoy seeing the boys interact. The only downside is that it's very grindy and relies on the rng. It does get quite frustrating at times to reach the bosses on certain maps. If you're looking to level up your swords, do it during events and make sure to research the events! Most of the events doesn't break your swords, which allows you to train them with higher enemy levels without worrying they'll break.
The boys' designp are very beautiful. I absolutely love how certain sword schools will have a certain theme for their designs, especially since various artists work on the boys. I also get to learn the history behind the swords! (thanks tkrb wiki!)
The events, however, are kinda fun (especially if the reward is your favourite sword). Though the events are pretty much recycled every now and then but they add new rewards and possibly storyline, which is good.
A wonderful game that I started around 2017! I watched the Hamamaru AND the Katsugeki animes a while back and got obsessed with these sword boys, so I do recommend watching those first if you want more story and history about the swords in this series! You may not be into this if you do not like "grinding" the maps to get your boys to level 99 or "resource management" for smithing and healing swords! There is quite a bit to learn about this game, but it is very enjoyable if you know the series, figure out how to navigate the menus if you don't know a lot of Japanese and don't mind the things I mentioned above!
