Best Idol-Rhytm Game Ever Made, why?
here the plus from other-rhytm game :
- The CG Animation when you complete a new song (on Pro) is really beautiful, even my eyes amazed with how they really use Green Screen just for dancing scene. Almost all of the Dance Animation here using CGI aswell, splendid Bandai.
- The Song. Almost every month they got a new event and song too, and of course new SSR. And as everyone knows, im@s song is good and never disappoint us, oh and everytime you level up, the game unlock every idol "debut" album one by one.
- The Interface. Yep, im@s interface just got updated some months ago, it makes really cute. they rework all the icon and change it to a new-animated icon.
- The Gacha. Hey Hey Hey this is the main "idea" for this game, yep the gacha hell that makes you spend all of your crystal and got nothing but just some rare idol :v (well atleast they guaranteed you with an SR idol if you do the 10x auditions).

The graphics can not be compated to any other idol game I have played so far. It is superior to any other game in that genre. The card artwork is pretty, but sometimes a bit too suggestive for my personal taste. There also aren't too many variations in terms of aesthetics for the characters, considering theres over 200 in this game.
The gacha system of the game is a bit tricky: it's fairly hard to farm if you're not familiar with the gameplay. There's a lot of free stuff given out to the players every once in a while though, so you can definitely do a lot of pulls around the anniversary.
A big con is the company in itself: they're known for being scammy, so don't be surprised if you don't get what you want when you pull for a specific character. With that being said though, at least there is a pity system, some games don't even have that.
The gameplay is very fun and has plenty of different modes you can play, so that's a plus. The minigames are often times what ends up keeping me playing for longer than planned. They're very entertaining, and the room you can design with your favorite characters is a lot of fun too. It's a great way to pass time if there's not an event going on at the time.
The stories range from pretty basic acting jobs that the characters need to do, to quite well-written event stories that give the characters some development. (Thankfully you can find a lot of the stories translated online)
The voice acting is definitely top notch, both in terms of music and voice lines for individual cards! The music itself is absolutely fantastic. It has by far the most range among all games of the genre, you will definitely find something that you like, be it a pop song a ballad, dubstep, rock, there's virtually anything.
Overall, it's a great game that has a lot to offer!
Don't know where to start!
Have been playing since the release day in 2015 and no other rhythm game has topped it for me. Beautiful 3D Models with little details makes you adore certain characters even more (or want them just for their costume)! The Stages are done amazingly and recently they made the 2D option also more enjoyable for the newer songs! The songs are super catchy and they don't stick to only one style. They also cover a wide variety of japanese pop (or metal) songs. The gameplay is really smooth and it always registers when you tap! The collaborations give us really cute figurines/ posters/ furnitures/ accessories to decorate our rooms with! The Story is adorable and it helps you to get closer to the idols and understand their backstories or likes! During the games anniversary and collaborations the game is really generous and if you stick long enough with the game it will reward you (I pulled 4 SSR's within 8 days)!
Best game with best girls!!
As a huge fan of the Idolm@ster series, I was overjoyed to hear that they would be releasing a mobile version in Starlight Stage. I have yet to feel disappointed with this game. it's fun to play and it is very generous with giving the players plenty of free in game currency to use for the character gacha. If you're a fan of the console games, I highly recommend this one and vice versa!
