hi, I haven't been able to play genshin but I've seen several comments about the app and one thing I would like to say is the availability of places in the app, you can look for them by looking in settings and it says something about the server if I'm not wrong, with this I want to get you to know although your internet is good, the signal may have a hard time getting to where this app is available, for example, I am from South America, waiting for it to work for those servers is very complicated, because it is very far away, and there are also other factors. that affect things like Internet latency, this means that I cannot play because the servers are very far away, and my Internet is not THAT good, let's say it may work once this would also affect the graphics and mobility (probably the game would work with too much lag), for that reason many people cannot play, because the same thing happens to them as me. Another thing is that the long Queue is somewhat understandable, genshin is a very popular and heavy game, so several people play online and buy things that shorten the waiting time, so expecting it to take a short time is a lot to ask for (I had played with another app/website Geforce now and I have had to wait more than 12 hours and sometimes I wait that time or longer and I couldn't play) a cloud app that it started not long ago, and that only has one game, the time waiting for the game depends a lot on the schedules, so you would have to look at what time there is the least waiting time for the place where you are

Hi, I commented this some time ago, and i think it was necessary to uptade it. As I said before, it was because of the server that many people couldn't play, Genshin cloud has been uptaded and they added a new server (North America), i couldnt play before cuz of the latency, im from South America and my latency for the Asia server didnt work, but now with the North America server the latency is more low, which allow me to play cuz now the latency isnt high like before. I updated cuz even if youre not at the exactly place of the server you could still try if it works, you probably need a good or decent wi-fi tho, cuz the latency is the biggest problem if youre from places that still doesnt have their own server; One tip is that you should play in a time where your family dont use too much internet, also in the nigth the internet is usually better because there is not so much wi-fi traffic like in the morning (although this may change depending on your country, in my country is like that because the people have to go to work or school very early, ofc some people use wi-fi in the nigth but there are many fewer people compared to hours in the afternoon or morning)
this is great for potato phones and those who are saving up storage, I've been using this for almost 4 days now and I've been doing great using it, but you gotta wait in the queue for a minute just to play, if you wanna accelerate it or you wanna get in fast, you just gotta have to buy the trials available or something? i forgot what is it called. therefore, the graphics & quality depends on your wifi. so, if you have a slow internet, you gotta get used to it.
I really recommend this to all of the players out there who wants to save up their storage ^_^

I personally would buy the cloud pass if they had more cloud servers, theres currently only southeast asia and north america available. None of them are close enough to me lol, would need a europe server to get the full experience.
Despite this the game still feels a lot smoother (but because of not being on the closest server, the whole screen gets pixelated when i move).
Overall i still recommend it, ig more if you're in the right regions, it only takes 143 mb, you also have all dubs available.
the quality is amazing! although moving around is quite annoying as the buttons are delayed. the timer is also quite annoying, but logging in only takes me a minute to 20 seconds. great for recording and saving storage.
honestly, it is a good game but the cloud version is not letting me in after just playing it for a day. Its saying that the internet speed is low or the queue is too long. It has been like this for about a week. Please help-
