This is the bug I encountered, and it has already been three days, yet no one has resolved it for me. I have contacted the Dragonheir Facebook page and sought help from SGRA | Flora on Discord.
Unfortunately, I am still being ignored by customer service. I have lost confidence in this game.
Since my account has been bugged for three days now, customer service continues to ignore me, and there is no immediate support available.

It's a very nice game in a sea of money-grabby gachas.
There is gacha and it's unforgiving, but I don't see it as a game about gacha, where I'm at. What I mean is that I'm playing and I'm not caring at all about that mechanic.
It feels like playing an old rpg and it's very refreshing. Also fully and nicely voiced.
I'm not at the daily routine part of the game (will update), so I hope that I won't be walled by the daily grind, but I noticed that the monthly pack comes with skip tickets and it's good value for money.
EDIT: Unfortunately, "auto-raid tickets" are a paid item that give you the privilege to repeat stages automatically, not skip them.
And you're supposed to let the game grind for hours, to progress.
its a good variation of auto battler where strategy does make a difference, although it suffers from pay to win gacha for characters. (it's one of the one of the less impressive gacha systems/how they handle currency)
Music is beautiful, a good part of the game, and visuals are good.
there is a basic gacha that goes only to SR and a premium one that goes to SSR, and the currency for the premium one is hard to come by as a free to play.
there is also tickets needed to skip battles (daily dungeon sorts which you auto and leave to the side) they dont tell you how to get them.
overall it's an alright game but takes a lot of time investment as you have to do all the party layout and equipments youself
Good story but dont expect to get powerfull heroes from gacha pull as F2P because reward from this game isnt enough for pulling ur first legendary heroes. lvl 1 to lvl 15(2days) u can only pull 5x on special banner and pity pull 80 with 2% drop rate u can imagine how bad its just play story and log off if u f2p lol..
not only that when u get ur first legendary then want to increase their skill level u need special scroll and its hard to get normal scroll, epic scroll and legendary scroll and if u mess up u need paid for reset skill. i still dont know where to get free reset scroll xD...
