Gameplay wise, is unique! A fresh one seen rarely, is what I would call it But what I really like the most if the voice lines of the characters, every character has a different accent and the VAs did well! More
As a true sucker for game graphics, I was not disappointed. The Puppet animation is superb and voice acting is something I enjoy greatly bc each character are quite expressive with their personalities and character designs don't fall flat. I'm not done with all story parts but while I max my characters for final lvl bosses the side stories are good enough to still have me hooked and entertained. Along with fair pull rates, I don't have the best luck but it's been merciful. It is a treacherous journey of grinding to max 6 stars if you're not paying for anything and if you don't follow up on previous players game play, you'll have serious trouble with team development, some characters may look good but their abilities....gah damn. Good luck!
Fun game with a pot of references to find!
The gameplay is a card merger rpg similar to Slay the spire, so there's rng involved in case you want to minmax your strategy.
Though the tuning skills can help with that to some point by making it easier to merge into higher level cards.
The grind is similar to Arknights, as there's a similar system, which is why you will always find yourself needing dust.
it's good that you can do 4x runs in a stack to quickly farm to save time, though i would still prefer skips like how Blue archive does it.
Voice wise there's different languages to choose from, so that's always a plus.
The story is fun since every character is a reference, pickles is best doggo.
The game doesn't stutter and is greatly optimized so that's a plus for me.
overall it's a great game that i would recommend for people who like that style of gameplay.
Amazing game, extremely pleasing to the eye. Character designs can be pretty unique especially the 4 and 3 stars, the wilderness (basically a base) system is not a pain to deal with as much as it can be in other games. Relatively easy content, great story despite a few mistakes in english. It also doesnt't take that long to do dailies, although I'd much prefer an option to skip a stage I already did, a 4x stamina clear is still better than a normal one. Usually 2 stage runs for all of the stamina to get used, which isnt't so bad. The limbo stages (like abyss in genshin for example) are great, I usually can just auto anything from stages 1 to 5 and manually do the 6th (final) limbo stage. Pull income is decent, currently I think I only dont't have 3 6 stars in the entire game despite being a light/medium spender. The battlepass has amazing skins and decent value for the money you spend. The boss designs and the tactics for them are diverse especially for a mobile game, a gacha one at that... If you're unsure whether you want to try the game out, do it. The worst thing that can happen is that you just uninstall it. I do have to say this might just be my favorite gacha game. Although a lot of the basic stuff doesnt't take a lot of time, the events (that aren't necessary, with the ones that take the most time being very generous in upgrade mats but not pull currency) can take a whole lot of time and usually the game gives you enough time to grind through them without the feeling of missing out on it if you don't do it all on the first day.
I might just be a Reverse:1999 glazer tho, thanks to X and Medicine Pocket.
I played the CBT for a few months before deleting it because of storage. Now that i have a new phone and this game has a global release, i could say that it's amazing. If you're into VN, easy gameplay yet amazing storyline and events storyline – this is the perfect game.
Don't get me started on the OST. Also, this game is generous. Without any money spend you can get pretty much everything if you're lucky, even if you're not you can get amazing 6 stars so easily. Represention is good and pretty much culturally appropriate, not like some games who sexualize, whitewash, and queerbait...
So my rating is 5/5, I reccomend this game though you can get bored pretty easily if you're someone who's used to constant-action game. A great game for afterschool/work. Though, i still can't get the hang o character building... (37 supremacy real.)
After 1 year playing, I can say this game has win all the RPG or open world games I used to play. And all I can say mainly are from the characters, graphic, art, music, storyline, gameplay and everything else. Although some may difficult a bit, with sometimes the updating here can be delay than few hours, but I did enjoy it. The rewards and treatment in game are also incredible too, as for me, I'm really grateful and love it. Hope Bluepoch will keep going well !!! Happy 1st Anniversary 🎂🎉
i'm writing a review while i'm updating the game so it might be kinda short idk I've been playing this game since version 1.1 "The theft of rimet cup" btw.
You only need like 5 minutes to do the daily quests and grinding for characters aren't that hard thanks to the replay mechanics. And the event shop is generous too. The characters are well designed, diverse and well represented. Their voicelines are top notch and the animations are cool too. The storyline is also very interesting. Main combat system(idk game lingo)is a turn based card game(the cards are gorgeous too). Btw we have gacha system in this game and it's also very generous and every new character released gets added into the standard banner after few patches except true limited characters like jiu niangzi and lucy.
To conclude, It's a great game overall and it's totally worth your time, and i actually wrote an ton of stuff lmao.
i honestly didn't think i'd like this game as much as i do lmaoo its an amazing game though, full voice acting with many different types of accents as well as some languages which surprised me to hear, interesting storyline and characters plus the gameplay is quite fun!! the art is also just super pretty, the backgrounds are stunning.
SHORT REVIEW!!
The game is story type immersive, and you would def get goods card along the way, The Voice acts is good, available in Japanese and other language for Voice Sounds.
Would be good to play if you're interested in immersing yourself with stories type games. The Battle is Cards, and it's creative on it's own way. Plus Gorgeous Character Designs.
