Almost impossible to play. It's gameplay is centered around co-op; needing to wait for minutes just to get someone to join your waiting room and even then they would just leave immediately after. (It might be my personal experience) The puzzles require you to have some prior Japanese knowledge even with translating the question.
Overall, I wouldnt recommend.
While the game itself looks great you can't play it outside of Japan. nobody connects to your game and even if you play using VPN still takes about 20-30 minutes to wait others. With this the game is unplayable ..
