Graphics : Beautiful! Sound : Banger music and great VA! 11/10 Gameplay : Similar to priconne but more fresh. More mechanics, depths, and playstyle. Game has Story,Raid, and PVP mode. Check yt for more details. Personally i enjoyed the game. Story : I don't understand the language. I'm using translator to play and some database/wiki on website Gacha : SSR/3stars 2.5% rate,120gems/pull,no pity. Got free 50 pulls early and easy to reroll. The only thing that i hate is I can't spend money. I always spend money if i like the game. I hope they planning to release on Global/English version. Conclusion, game is F2P friendly. You need some strat and understanding about the mechanics in this game. Easy to earn gems. Chill game, you even can just AFK to listen the music. Lastly don't forget, Waifu > Meta
Greetings all Sensei, high school girls with gun is very cute to be honest 🤣 like Shiroko... and Asuna the maid girl... ahem...ahem... don't mind it, back to the review my riview : pros : - cute 3D chibi animation - auto gameplay is very friendly for the person who doesn't have much free time (like me) - can works with Free to play - Beauty 2D animation based on affinity to their sensei - i love skip grinding ticket lol 😂 - Using Unity Gane Engine ( tell me if it's wrong ok lol 😂) const : - sometimes 2D animation is quiet.... yeah u know, but still approved lol 😂 - PVP is quiet hard (just my opinion) but still can be fix - sometimes connection failed for download resource or connection request failed... so sometimes i need to use VPN to trigger the login with Twitter. - auto play skill... can be dangerous because i dunno... i feel like medic skill always be triggered very fast than the tank or sniper support skill (thats what i feel but feel free to tell me) I think that's all... overall this is one of the good game that Yostar x Nexon serve to us... so i appreciate what the game developer working for... like Arknights or GFL too... every game... i hope Kal'tsit and Amiya didn't find me here because I'm slaking with High school students 😂😂 note : please don't tell Kal'tsit and Amiya that I'm here
so gameplay is your typical gacha game, wait MP point then use skill other than that is auto depending on your a.i. arena is full auto, a massive turn back. when china gacha game competing with bringing real time pvp with manual control or other thing to make the game more enjoyable, this game use full auto with a full copy of princess connect's arena meaning BOT or A.I opponent everywhere what a stupid decision or otherwise this is just their CASH-MILKING game. this game also have a lot of game breaking bug, energy didn't increase even 1 in half a day, still at 8/115. game stuck after every arena fight. color broken without any trigger, complete random. crash at stage screen then need to start from beginning. worth ?? nope, this is a typical game that will dying in 6 months. reason publisher or developer don't care about the game status, and this game's progression is a sad copy from princess connect game with alot of hole. what they care only release new banner n new character that nothing to do with the story at all. ah money money money
well the event release right now also a complete copy from priconne with less reward and stage.
This game have a really good artworks and Character design. But the gameplay is remind me of Princess Connect but better and less boring i think. PVP is kinda broken because you can't win meta team at all. For the BGM i really love it so much. And gacha is 2.5% for SSR and it's pretty salty but they gave us tons of gem so reasonable ? (EDIT) Crystal get per week is too low for gacha it's about 1/4 of 10 pulls(Please correct me if I'm wrong) It's pretty bad for me And I'm tired of gacha tired of pvp tired of no meta in my team. I'm done with this game And it's almost useless if you pull SSR that you already own one because you will get a st*pid 50 character crystal for buy a character crystal again why? ( Sorry for my shitty English )
I've been playing this game when it got released, Up to this point i've unlocked all the current character l2d's that i only own and i've been waiting for this game to come out, since i got quite curious what this could be. If you immediately want to know if this could be a gacha game that you should try and jump into. Then it would be yes, but it varies for people that look at either gameplay/ character design etc. Music for the game fits nicely, designs for the L2D's are also stunning though not all of them are voice but all of them still look nice. Story wise i don't really look into story of a gacha game so hard yet i appreciate it being their to fill in a sudden possible void. Massive concern is how functioning of AI goes around in PVP. But over all, theirs not much depth into this game if thats what someone is looking for then i highly have you take a pass if your looking for some insane depth like gbf or whatever. But overall this game is nice and try it out if you have the time
First of all, I'm being biased because of Yostar, as they are my fave devs in all. Graphics 5/5 - Man their L2D is so way much better than the other games, is also a selling point of this game, many will prolly whale for skins if they implement. Sound 5/5 - Home/Lobby BGM is vibing, Battle BGM in City is lit, and also the BGM of Lobby depends if characters have L2D so you can't be sick of their Soundtracks. Gameplay 5/5 - let's say its kinda priconne + starira rip off .. The animation when using skill is kinda good, even though you don't read story, you'll have a clue what kind of personality they have when using skill animation. Storyline 5/5 - Each character has different story and can be unlocked by increasing bond with em. For the main story, it's all good
, imma theorize that u prolly came from future but with no memories. The first girl you will see when you start the game is prolly Arona since they have the same voice.
Gameplay is simple but not boring or repetitive, graphics are very nice and clean, soundtrack is upbeat but a bit repetititive, and sound effects are polished and nice. Voice acting is great. The gacha rates aren't anything to write home about, but it uses a Priconne-esque shard system so pulling duplicates of a specific character isn't important. Characters designs and art are great. Storyline is okay. Got called a hobo so that was cool. Good casual or side game.
The reason why "Gameplay" and "Value" is only at good is because of how the gacha and character promotion works. Promoting any character to the next rarity level requires tremendous luck and money. Not being able to promote (just) one character to rarity 5 at casual level 52 is ridiculous. The game's 2 and 3 rarities drop rate is too low to which, you dont get enough fragments (purple gems) to buy character specific fragments to promote your own characters. Sure it's not impossible to fully promote a character in casual play. But the game throws a whole bunch of types of enemies at you with rock, paper and scissors mechanics while having you manage environmental bonuses and school bonuses. Even if ignoring environmental and school bonuses, your resources are spread thin within the few characters you have. Oh and I hate a curve ball in one of the early stages where your effective team is suddenly ineffective against one group of enemies which kills you pretty fast or can't kill them in the allotted time which prevents you from getting your 2nd map star.
But despite all of this, I still log in daily. I am playing this game without reading guides or following metas. I'm sure I'd have better results if I were to follow someone's guide but, I won't be able to enjoy it otherwise. Also, I don't read Japanese so the only thing I can do is screenshot and then dump it into the Google Translate app.
Here's my first impressions as a casual gamer: The graphics are ok. The UI looks a little basic and outdated imo but that's not a huge issue. The character illustrations look great, the characters are more on the "cute/kawaii" side. In combat, they turn into decent looking 3D chibis, which I'm not a big fan of, but you might be. The BGM is amazing. The OSTs are mostly EDM/J-Pop, but there's also chill instrumental tracks. I can say for sure that this game has some of the best OSTs. The game isn't fully voiced, but the existing voice-overs are very good. I haven't progressed much through the story, but from what I've seen, it's pretty enjoyable. You play as a teacher with, I should've guessed it, amnesia, you wake up in Kivotos, a futuristic city full of different academies and students, and now you have to help the city with it's various problems and cases. The teacher is undoubtedly a pervert (like me hehehe), but hey! Unlike in other games, where the MC is just the typical "omg I have amnesia I'm so clueless I need plot armor QAQ", the MC has CHARACTER. The other characters we encounter in the story aren't uninteresting either, some of them (especially Aru omg ily aru) can be extremely funny as well. Lorewise, it has a LOT. You can literally deduce the backstory of BA with the name itself and the first two sentences. And I also heard that the story gets better later on... Now, my main problem with this game is that the gameplay is extremely repetitive amd boring. Basically, the characters fight by themselves and you have no control over their position and movements whatsoever. The only thing you can do is use their respective skills, which deal extra damage, give buffs/debuffs or heals etc., but that's it. You could even say the game plays itself. That also causes the game to be very meta-based and the performance only depends on whether your characters are good or not. And since it's a gacha game, getting a good one might not be that easy... Although the gameplay is so boring and repetitive, I still keep coming back to this game mainly because of its amazing soundtracks and immersive storyline. Overall, if you don't mind auto-battling and appreciate good BGM and game stories, I think this game is worth giving a try. Further topics: Gacha: Tbh I can't really say. I haven't done any gacha at all (except for the one they force you to do), so I can't tell if the rates are good or bad. But I do think that the game is pretty generous when it comes to gems (currency you use to gacha). Within the first 3 weeks of playing, I even got 50 rolls for free, even though I only play like 25 min per day. Farming: There's auto-farming for stages you've perfected. You click a button, and then you get the drops as if you were doing the stage again. So don't worry about investing too much time into farming. Stamina: I used to be worried about the stamina running out, but it's actually the opposite. For a while, I couldn't even get rid of the stamina I had (I was on 999 stamina which is the system max, it's impossible to get more). As for now I still have around 800. Let's see how it goes for the future...
Let me be honest with this game, despite the game itself was fun and challenging, it really lack of value and gameplay system is messed up. You dont have control over your unit placement like how they should not going in horizontal system, they should have formation list like square, triangle, cross etc to ensure they are not being close to each other when deployed. Our characters are really having seizure when defeating all enemies while moving to next section where they will standing still and wasted 3 seconds like an idiot (even more when they used skill on that delay), not trying to move forward ASAP. At least, PAUSE THE TIMER when they moving to next section because it wasted so many precious time when it matter. When you dont have required unit to battle especially on specific boss, you are being beaten to pulp when bosses have certain skill or extremely tanky on unfavored terrain, it was almost impossible to beat them before time runs out even on maxed skill level (need limit break especially on special events). Value: Summon system was the atrocious one when it comes to PITY SYSTEM, 200 pulls and you only get pity one when it comes to special units (season event only) while non-special units (including new one) will spawn between 50-100 pulls average even if you are lucky, you will get 2 or 3 at once with cost of another hundred summons again. Played for 1 year and my motivation was at low point, barely any activities like doing it 15 mins and close the app while waiting cafe and daily stamina filled again. Rewards are extremely stingy and maintenance only give you FIXED 720 Crystals for 6-8 hours maintenance which is really low for such long maintenance (1200 is fine) and events barely give you any crystals at all. Stocking 20k crystals (2 months worth including events) and gone instantly on Limited-time characters with nothing to get at all.
